As part of AMESA/APAC Data and Digital Solutions team, the job requires driving the Reporting and Analytics and driving the Sector digital Agenda, working with various business Leads to determine and meet their reporting and analytics needs; and to ensure timely high- quality reporting and analytics. Drive Data and Digital Solutions Delivery for data and advanced analytics for AMESA and APAC for functional Areas – Supply Chain, Commercial Sales, Finance Manage Delivery and Development across technical areas of Azure Data Lake, SAP BW/BI, Data Warehousing, Advance analytics/Machine Learning/AI Lead the New Business Requirements / Demand Management / Estimations / Work Intake / Project Execution & Sustain Collaborate with various BU, Data Engineering, Visualization, AI and other teams for ensuring end to end work delivery. Responsibilities Lead delivery of key Data Analytics & AI Solutions projects within time and budget, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards. Drive solution design and build to ensure scalability, performance and reuse Manage work intake, Estimations, prioritization, balancing demand and availability of resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs Partner with the Technology/Platform/Data Engineering/Visualizations/AI teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform Maintain project budget, statement of work, and forecasts (resources and finance) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, or related field Overall 12+ years’ experience in Data & analytics field 5+ years of experience in SAP BW/ECC/S4/HANA Data Warehousing experience which is critical for Data experience Minimum 2+ years in Microsoft Azure development and Power Platform Experience in Advance Analytics and GenAI will be an added advantage MS Azure architecture and working knowledge of common services like Blob, Data Lake, AAS, SQL, synapse etc. SAP BW/ECC/S4 experience for functional/data experience Strong in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and/or SAP Business Objects Led or executed projects involving Advanced Analytics Should have worked in a company with multi-divisional, large and complex matrix Organization Sound experience in business analysis skills to translate user requirements into solution Should have managed a team of people, Coaching and mentoring and ensuring skill development of the team Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively Differentiating Competencies Required - Expert in establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with business partners and manage expectations. Adjust to multiple demands/priorities focusing on the big picture.
