Responsibilities Team Management, Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives. Sales Target Achievement, ensure team meets or exceeds sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives. Sales Strategy, develop, implement, and adjust sales strategies to optimize performance. Customer Relationship Management foster strong relationships with key customers, resolve issues, and identify new sales opportunities. Performance Monitoring track, analyze, and report sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales funnel, customer acquisition costs). Territory Management, assign sales territories, manage sales routes, and optimize resource allocation. Performance Evaluations, conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set development goals. Qualifications University Graduate
