Overzicht Als Reliability Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en prestaties van productie-installaties. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert onderhouds- en verbeterstrategieën om storingen te voorkomen, stilstand te verminderen en onderhoudskosten te optimaliseren. Met behulp van data-analyse, reliability engineering en continu verbeteren draag je bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame productieomgeving. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van het Maintenance & Sustainability team en het borgen van onderhoudsstandaarden en technische expertise binnen de organisatie. Verantwoordelijkheden Samenwerking & rolcontext In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen Maintenance en Engineering. Je bent altijd betrokken bij nieuwe projecten en zorgt ervoor dat maintenance standaarden worden geborgd. Tegelijkertijd zoek je actief naar verbetermogelijkheden binnen de fabriek. Je analyseert terugkerende technische problemen, achterhaalt de grondoorzaak en zet verbeterprojecten op om deze structureel op te lossen. Denk aan een pomp die al meerdere keren is vervangen. Jij onderzoekt waarom en bepaalt samen met de organisatie de beste oplossing. Responsibilities: · Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van reliability-strategieën, Preventive Maintenance (PM) en Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programma's · Opzetten van Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) om storingen te voorkomen · Uitvoeren van Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) en risicoanalyses op het machinepark en technische magazijnonderdelen om terugkerende storingen structureel te voorkomen en de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verbeteren. · Verhogen van assetbetrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en prestaties binnen de fabriek · Optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen, spare parts management en asset lifecycle management · Analyseren van onderhouds- en productiedata om verbeterkansen te identificeren · Gebruikmaken van CMMS-systemen en asset health monitoring voor datagedreven besluitvorming · Ondersteunen van investerings- en verbeterprojecten vanuit de maintenance & sustainability afdeling · Coachen van collega's in reliability-methodieken, probleemoplossing en continu verbeteren · Bevorderen van veiligheid, voedselveiligheid en machineveiligheid · Monitoren van KPI's zoals OEE, MTBF en MTTR en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete acties Kwalificaties Wat vragen wij van jou? You develop and implement maintenance and improvement strategies to prevent failures, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs. By leveraging data analysis, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies, you contribute to a safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing environment. In addition, you play a key role in the development of the Maintenance & Sustainability team and in safeguarding maintenance standards and technical expertise across the organization. It is your responsibility to investigate why this is happening and, together with the organization, determine the most effective long-term solution. · Develop and improve reliability strategies, Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs · Implement Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies to prevent equipment failures · Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and risk assessments on production assets and technical spare parts to prevent recurring failures and improve equipment reliability · Improve asset reliability, availability, and performance across the plant · Optimize maintenance plans, spare parts management, and asset lifecycle management · Analyze maintenance and production data to identify improvement opportunities · Utilize CMMS systems and asset health monitoring tools to support data-driven decision-making · Support investment and improvement projects within the Maintenance & Sustainability department · Coach colleagues on reliability methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement · Promote safety, food safety, and machine safety standards · Monitor KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR and translate insights into concrete improvement actions Qualifications What are we looking for?
