Project Engineering Manager - Rojana Plant

Location: Rojana, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand

Overview Optimize Utility machine and utilization to delivery targets with cost, quality, and services. Build utility maintenance team to work with efficient for target achievement. Build utility engineering team capability both in terms of organization and people. Monitoring all annual CAPEX plan for RJN plant. Control WWTP to comply with Pepsi-co and RJN industrial estate standard. Responsibilities Business Results : Lead effective Utility Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply. Lead the service level of utility maintenance improvement program. Manage & Control and of Repair & Maintenance cost of utility engineering. Lead maintenance for food safety program in utility engineering. Lead and control Recon program to achieve the target. Execute related CAPEX within budget plan as well as deliver all the projects on time and within scope. Execute continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target. Support MESS and LOTO program Support EHS system and ISO systems Control WWTP to comply with Pepsi-co and RJN industrial estate standard. People Results: Develop Utility engineering team technical capability. Develop Utility engineering team competencies. Coach subordinates to work in team and cross-function. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering fields Minimum 6 years experiences in engineering Management and project management at manufacturing Good computer literature in Microsoft office Fluently in Thai and English communication (writing, reading and speaking) Has experiences in Food industry, FMCG is preferable Certified Six Sigma– Black Belt ( if any ) Experiences in SAP execution Has experience in Utility system (Food factory)
