Program/Project Management Sr Analyst

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Overview The role is responsible for working with the transition lead or transition manager, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of migration of the business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to PCC (Manila) location following PepsiCo transition methodology. Responsibilities Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment. Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan. Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums). Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements. Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed. Qualifications Experience: Overall 9-11 years of experience. Proven experience in Transition Management owning end to end process transitions. Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree. PMP certification is added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and stakeholder management skills.
