סקירה כללית תיאור משרה בSodaStream אנחנו לא רק מייצרים מוצרים - אנחנו משנים את הדרך שבה העולם שותה. עם נוכחות בלמעלה מ40 מדינות ומיליוני משתמשים ברחבי העולם, כל רכיב קטן שאנחנו מייצרים משפיע ישירות על חוויית הלקוח הגלובלית. כדי להמשיך לעמוד בסטנדרטים הגבוהים שלנו, אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת תהליך עם אחריות על תכנון, ייצוב, שיפור ובקרת תהליכי הייצור במפעל, תוך הבטחת עמידה בדרישות איכות, תפוקות ועלויות, והובלת תהליכי ולידציה והטמעת שינויים הנדסיים. תחומי אחריות: * הגדרה, בקרה וייעול של תהליכי ייצור. * קביעת פרמטרים תהליכיים וייצוב תהליכים. * ניתוח נתונים תהליכיים והובלת פעילויות לשיפור ביצועים ואיכות. * כתיבה והובלת תוכניות ולידציה לתהליכים וציוד חדש. * הובלת הטמעת מכונות, קווים ותהליכים חדשים. * חקירת כשלים תהליכיים, ניתוח גורמי שורש ויישום פעולות מתקנות. * הובלת פרויקטי התייעלות ושיפור מתמיד. * עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים: ייצור, איכות, אחזקה, רכש והנדסה דרישות * תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות. * לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון כמהנדס/ת תהליך בתעשייה. * ניסיון בסביבת ייצור תעשייתית, יתרון למפעל מתכת או עיבוד שבבי. * ניסיון בהובלת ולידציות תהליך וציוד. * ניסיון בניתוח נתונים וכלי SPC - יתרון. * היכרות עם מתודולוגיות Lean Manufacturing - יתרון. * אנגלית ברמה טובה. * שליטה ב-Office וב-Excel. המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד Responsibilities (English) At SodaStream, we don't just make products – we change the way the world drinks. To keep up with our high standards, we're looking for a process engineer responsible for designing, stabilizing, improving, and controlling manufacturing processes in the plant, while ensuring quality, output, and cost requirements are met, and leading validation processes and implementing engineering changes. Responsibilities:* Defining, monitoring, and improving production processes. * Setting process parameters and stabilizing processes. * Analyzing process data and leading activities to improve performance and quality. * Writing and leading validation plans for new processes and equipment. * Leading the implementation of new machines, lines, and processes. * Investigating process failures, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. * Leading efficiency and continuous improvement projects. * Collaborating with multiple departments: production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and engineering. Qualifications (English) * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * At least 3 years of experience as a process engineer in the industry. * Experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in a metal or machining plant. * Experience leading process and equipment validations. * Experience in data analysis and SPC tools is a plus. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus. * Good command of English. * Proficient in Office and Excel.
