Lead Engineer - Salesforce Devops

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Overview The purpose of the role is to execute Salesforce marketing cloud and data cloud development and administration activities for multiple consumer centric projects. The developer is also required to proactively monitor and report on functioning of various automations and journeys within the DevSecOps framework. Responsibilities Create and manage roles and permissions. Create and manage users/accesses. Create and manage FTP users and directories, Handle SFTP key management. Setup "Sender Authentication Package (SAP)", Manage "send classifications". Manage Audit trail, Manage data import, and export in SFMC. Create reports and send analytics. Create and monitor file drop and schedule automation. Track latest release impacts, install packages, and set up new SFMC BUs. Develop and maintain Cloud Pages using SSJS and AMPScript. Strong Knowledge on HTML / CSS and designing Emails through Content Builder Write and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and transformation. Design and monitor file drop automations and scheduled journeys. Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies  Identify data points required to enable use cases Analyze data for usability in CDP Identify data cleansing requirements Map data sources to CDP data objects and attributes (which requires good knowledge of the CDP data model) Identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object Determine the specific unification algorithms required for the data of a given source Design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms Execute complex system tests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency in AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL within SFMC. 1+ year of experience on administrator tasks on one of the Salesforce clouds. 1+ year of implementation experience for on a Customer Data Platform (Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud preferred) Good oral and written communication skills with ability to collaborate in an agile environment Preferred: 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure.   Attitude for taking on technical challenges. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant) are a strong advantage.
