Overview Report service delivery. General reporting support. Budgeting Tracking and monitoring. O2C tracking & monitoring. Responsibilities Reporting: Support with performance reporting against established KPIs Develop on-demand reports delivering improved agility through ease of access and enhanced visualization Collate and format large and complex sets of data across multiple channels, customers and sales areas. Analyze data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities. Assist with field sales execution Order to Cash: Own the entire order to cash process, which involves raising PR, raising PO, raising GR & budget reconciliation. Build & maintain efficient tracker for PR/PO/GR/Budget overview. Closing accruals on time at year end with a detailed tracker on accruals. Act as a custodian for complete order to cash process for the assigned teams.,Data Validation: Contribute to troubleshooting of digital solutions in case of any errors/ challenges. Build strong understanding on assigned reports & act as owner for it. Contribute to continuous improvement journey of all the reporting platforms. Be the single point of contact for any queries on data integrity and data sanctity.,Document Trackers: Efficiently build and track all consumer related documents for global customers. Proactive follow up on information collection for the tracker. Timely submission of the document to the consumer. People Responsibilities Develop winning relationships with AU Snacking Portfolio team & all key stake holders within AU. Partner with AU Commercial team to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful and user-friendly to best support decision-making Ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided. ,Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within AU and ICC Support the BI & Reporting Cluster Lead and R&A Analytics Manager with all initiatives to improve ICC service offerings. Qualifications Science Graduate or Engineering. MBA preferred
