Your Impact: As the Global Project Manager – Case Management, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to organizational success through the following responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan to implement and adopt cutting-edge digital case management tools. Deliver on a global business case valued at $20MM, driving cost savings, revenue growth, improved cash flow, and enhanced service outcomes through digital solutions. Lead and align the digital roadmap for case management across six sectors, ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met. Support the design and implementation of global digital solutions as part of the "OM Zero Touch" initiative. Collaborate with sectors, capability centers, and IT teams to establish and execute a strategic roadmap and timeline. Drive alignment through participation in weekly governance meetings and periodic Steering Council presentations. Proactively resolve issues and escalate critical challenges that may impact project timelines and goals. Partner with IT teams to monitor solution development and deployment, ensuring alignment with horizontal functions. Champion the global change management and communications plan, ensuring successful adoption of new tools. Identify risks, gaps, and obstacles while developing proactive solutions to keep the project on track. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Global Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT to achieve optimal outcomes and solutions. Who Are We Looking For? Experience Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Proven experience in project management. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams across different sectors and business units. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. Experience in developing and deploying large IT and digital projects. Strong team player, passionate about collaboration, coordination, and committed to teamwork in all situations.
