Executive Manager- Project Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Overview This role will support strategic finance transformation initiatives across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, OPEX, Procurement Finance and Marketing Finance.The role combines finance functional understanding with strong execution and coordination capabilities to support standardization, simplification, automation and scalable delivery initiatives across GCC and Business Units.The individual will partner with Finance teams, GCC stakeholders, Digital Planning and Data teams to support project execution, drive structured follow-through and help embed standardized and scalable ways of working across Finance. Responsibilities 1. Project Execution & Transformation Support • Support execution of strategic finance transformation initiatives across multiple finance functions• Assist in identifying process improvement, standardization and automation opportunities• Coordinate project activities, timelines, trackers and action plans to ensure smooth execution• Support implementation and stabilization of new processes, reporting frameworks and operating models 2. Functional Support & Process Improvement • Bring strong understanding of finance processes and reporting to support transformation initiatives• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis and documentation of current and future-state WoW• Support development of scalable and standardized solutions across markets and teams• Assist in preparing business insights, analysis and recommendations for leadership discussions 3. Stakeholder Coordination & Governance • Coordinate with BU Finance, GCC, Digital Planning, Data and Tech teams to track actions and dependencies• Maintain governance trackers, project updates, risks and issue logs• Support preparation of leadership updates, meeting materials and project documentation• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of agreed actions across stakeholders 4. Capability Building & Adoption • Support adoption of new processes, tools and reporting frameworks across teams• Assist in building documentation, training materials and knowledge repositories• Promote continuous improvement and standardized ways of working• Help sustain governance and best practices across projects and initiatives Qualifications Functional & Technical Skills • Good understanding of finance processes across Commercial Finance, FP&A, reporting and business partnering• Exposure to finance transformation, reporting or process improvement initiatives preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability• Ability to structure information, track execution and manage multiple priorities Leadership & Behavioral Skills 1. Strong execution orientation – able to manage tasks with discipline and follow-through2. Structured problem solving – able to identify gaps and support solution development3.
