Data Engineer Associate

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Overview The role responsibilities including conducting a full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Follow-up in IT projects where the essence or purpose of master data is affected. The role will be attend Europe and Amesa Regions not limited to one business Unit. Working with “DMO/GDG/TI/BS“ partners to improve materials, customers and suppliers master data capabilities, will be key components of this role, the ability to adapt to change makes all the difference over a business model. Full understanding y execution for SAP mass loads (Winshuthle, CMP, LSMWs and mass tcodes) The role get involved with: data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques, to support the different projects of the Sector in all domain. This role will work closely with Data Governance, Business and other DMO teams. The role will cover DQ rules errors remediation through mass uploads and business follow up. Daily monitoring for data quality errors Responsibilities Ensure the correct execution of mass data uploads (creation, extension, modification) in SAP received in SNOW. Partner with accountable functions to ensure the needed inputs and approvals for data changes. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Accomplishment of DMO KPIs related to Mass Maintenance tickets SLA compliance, and Data Quality results. Support with root cause investigation of master data-related issues and incidents with a view to updating standards, processes, and accountabilities to prevent repeat failures. Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their concerns and actively participate in solution design and building. Partner with accountable functions and facilitate the improvement of Data Quality. The role will cover the following up for change, inactivation and creation for DQ rules Dayli monitoring for data quality errors Qualifications Fully understanding of SAP processes 2+ years. 1+ years working in a team as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. +1 years experience working with SAP functions: *Creation process, identifying critical data elements and dependencies between data fields and tables. Strong analytical skills, as shown by the advanced use of data analysis tools and concepts. Strong influencing, facilitating; and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts and provide clear documentation to the management and business stakeholders. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences and deal with ambiguity. 1+ years of experience with SQL, detailed knowledge of VBA, and Excel Pivots. 1+ years of experience in SAP mass loads (Winshuthle, CMP, LSMW, SAP Mass Tcodes) Ability to work autonomously as well as with others as part of a team. Able to effectively interact with business users, data governance, and data projects. Provide experience in ETL Processes in SAP.
