Responsibilities The Opportunity The Customer Service Data Analyst is responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports for PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA), developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality, maintaining site and CS performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. The CSR will be expected to directly influence decision-making processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your Impact Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Ensure data accuracy, KPIs calculation, SLA metrics and deliver dashboards and reports in a frequency that enable decision making and organizational success. Improve process efficiency through automation and enhacements in current tools used for order processing. Backfill other CSRs on vacations Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 1-3 years of Frito Lay sales/supply chain/data experience Fluent in English Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), databases (e.g., SQL), programming (e.g., Python, R), and statistical packages (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and high profiency of Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
