BI & Reporting Team Leader (Turkish Speaker)

With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.” As a BI & Reporting Services Team Lead for Turkey, your role is to support the BI & Reporting Services Manager and Turkish Commercial Business Unit by leading a team of reporting and analytics professionals delivering critical business intelligence, automations and analytical services. You will be responsible for team management, people planning and talent development while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction as well as ensuring the successful delivery of reporting solutions supporting PepsiCo Sales Commercial team in Turkey. As a hands-on leader, you will not be afraid to actively support your team in operational delivery, problem solving, automation initiatives and stakeholder engagement. You will continuously identify opportunities for reporting simplification, standardization, digitization and productivity improvement, creating value for both the Business Unit and BI & Reporting Services organization. Responsibilities Lead the Turkey BI & Reporting Services team in Krakow Capability Center Ensure delivery of reporting, dashboards, analytics and business intelligence solutions aligned with agreed SLAs and business expectations. Drive reporting transformation, automation, standardization and productivity initiatives. Lead and coach team members in technical and professional capability development. Support organizational transitions, scope migrations and service transformation projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkey Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management and broader business stakeholders. Act as a trusted business partner and primary point of contact for reporting and analytics services. Ensure high standards of governance, operational discipline, service excellence. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across reporting processes and solutions. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development within the team. Contribute to broader BI & Reporting Services strategic initiatives across Europe. Qualifications Proficient/Fluent Turkish speaker is mandatory Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field. Previous experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, succession planning and talent development. 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, Commercial Insights, Shared Services or FMCG environments Advanced level of MS Excel At least medium knowledge of Power BI; Preferably advanced. Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, Power Platform and analytics automation tools - nice to have Proven experience driving reporting transformation, process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives - desired Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior business leaders and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage operational delivery through SLA governance, workload prioritization, resource planning and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into business recommendations. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Experience working within a matrix organization and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of accountability, ownership, resilience, collaboration and results orientation with a passion for developing people and driving business value. Compensation and Benefits: The expected starting compensation range for this position is 124900,0 PLN annually (gross). Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
