BI & Reporting Assoc Analyst

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Overview Applies knowledge of the BI and Reporting Automation area to perform tasks and support the management ofprocesses/projects under some supervision. May influence associates by demonstrating best practices andtechniques to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of functional and organizational standards.Responsible for designing and creating scalable, data-driven, visually appealing and intuitive dashboards andreports for business intelligence purposes. Responsibilities This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the BI and ReportingAutomation area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise.Organizes and structures large data sets to ensure they are easily accessible and usable for analysis, enhancingthe efficiency of data retrieval processes.Monitors the performance of BI systems and dashboards, ensuring they function optimally and provide accurate,real-time data to users.Collaborates with IT and data engineering teams to ensure that data infrastructure is robust and supports theanalytical needs of the organization.Helps identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, implementing solutions to enhance performance capabilitiesof automated systems.Analyzes data trends and patterns to provide insights that inform strategic decisions, utilizing statistical methodsand BI tools to derive meaningful conclusions.Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with theoverall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence. Qualifications Qualifications Experience with SQL, Python, ETL processes, data modeling, and data analysis. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization best practices. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights from complex datasets. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
