Responsibilities The Opportunity Pepsico is embarking on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more Capable, more Agile, and more Efficient. Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision, It is FP&A solution of the PepsiCo. Global Template (PGT) that, the for the first time, aims to integrate “vertical” planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets, and “horizontal” planning for functions (e.g Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data., planning process and ways of working across Pepsico market. The North America Mosaic Solution Analyst is responsible for the sustain of high-quality solution for the MOSAIC Noth America program specific to management of the financial planning. The role will interact directly on the design/development and maintenance of the solution and will have to work closely with the various detail design and development teams. This role will require a strong background in financial planning (Topline, COGS, Opex) data quality/data flow and development. Your Impact: As Associate Manager, TM1 Developer your scope would consist of: Support Mosaic Solution Sustain Activities leading the design of the solutions for FLNA and PBNA Handle incidents for Mosaic Solution and strive for resolution of incidents with SLA Handle Enhancements for Mosaic Solution, involve in requirement gatherings, solutions design, testing and production deployment Partner in preparing Next Year Release Calendar for Mosaic Partner in AOP Demand Project planning and Sprint Planning Production Delivery Release Planing and execution Production stage gate & Governance Project Delivery Process & Tools etc. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For?: University education (BS/BA Level) or equivalent work experience Excellent organizational skills Great communication skills English language proficiency Minimum of 5+ years of information Technology or business experience Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals and sales finance forecasting Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution Functional Knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
