Architect - Senior Software Engineer

Overview - Build High complex Reporting Gen Ai solutions, by integrating with the PEPGENX Platform - Integrate AI models and algorithms into reporting solutions to provide predictive and prescriptive insights. - Optimize LLM, data models and reporting processes for performance and scalability - Ensure LLM Models are grounded through Prompt Engineering, RAG & Other methods - Build or Modify Orchestration layers as needed - Apply Evaluation Techniques to validate LLM's accuracy - Ensure data/model accuracy, consistency, and integrated in all reporting solutions. - Conduct Various Tests like: SIT, UAT & More, fix all the bugs or issues identified - Perform Code Scan and fix any anomalies identified during the scan - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAi and reporting technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions Responsibilities - Build High complex Reporting Gen Ai solutions, by integrating with the PEPGENX Platform - Integrate AI models and algorithms into reporting solutions to provide predictive and prescriptive insights. - Optimize LLM, data models and reporting processes for performance and scalability - Ensure LLM Models are grounded through Prompt Engineering, RAG & Other methods - Build or Modify Orchestration layers as needed - Apply Evaluation Techniques to validate LLM's accuracy - Ensure data/model accuracy, consistency, and integrated in all reporting solutions. - Conduct Various Tests like: SIT, UAT & More, fix all the bugs or issues identified - Perform Code Scan and fix any anomalies identified during the scan - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAi and reporting technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions Qualifications - Master’s degree in computer science or data science or AI/ML, or a related field. - 8-11 years overall experience; 6+ years of professional experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions - Proven experience in developing AI-driven reporting solutions. - Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with Azure cloud platforms like, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus. - Experience / involvement in organization wide digital transformations preferred - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in reporting. - Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools. - Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics best practices.
