Job Description

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join Client's team in Valletta, Malta. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in implementing PRINCE2 methodology to manage projects effectively and efficiently. If you have a strong background in project management and are passionate about delivering results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine and document project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring all details are accurately accounted for.
• Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively among team members to meet project objectives.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial oversight.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Successfully implement PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management and risk assessment.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
