ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a Creative Senior Project Manager to join the marketing team. This person is responsible for managing the development of creative assets across critical workstreams and keeping accurate and efficient timelines. This role will predominantly look after development of our global Demand Capture assets including promotions and program launches. This role will partner closely with the internal Creative team and Growth Marketing team.
The successful candidate for this role will have both a strong project management background and solid understanding of the marketing and creative process. Using this knowledge, the Senior Project Manager will ensure projects from across the Growth organization are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, and project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis. One must be a strong communicator, able to juggle multiple priorities concurrently, and effectively prioritize against competing deadlines.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Project intake and management/scoping for various channels like digital, email, retail and web
- Manage respective project plan and consistently follow-up to ensure projects are on track
- Set up all projects for success - Schedules / assets and briefs are easily understood by the
- creative team.
- Working closely with a producer to assist with the production of a large number of promo focussed assets
- Meet with key collaborators to ensure projects are clearly defined and work with key partners to assess and reassess project priorities
- Work with legal to ensure all messaging and disclaimers are approved and available for the creative team
- Assist creative team in gathering vital assets including copy, photography and videography
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordingly
- Work closely with global cross functional partners to get sign off on copy and design
- Send regular updates to collaborators regarding project status
- Foster increased collaboration with key departments
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in working with Promotional assets - including understanding the production process for HTML banners and paid media promotional assets.
- Global experience a plus
- Working knowledge of project management tools
- Solid design sensibility and enjoys working with creatives
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized and process oriented with ability to multi-task
- Skilled in working effectively with others
- Monday.com and excel skills preferred
