What Makes You a Great Fit

Pebl is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Program Manager to join our Business Operations organization, reporting to the Vice President of Employment Solutions. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve the experience of Pebl’s customers and employees while strengthening the scalability, efficiency, and quality of our global operations.

 

The Program Manager will translate strategic priorities into clear workplans, establish accountability across teams, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initial scoping through implementation, measurement, and post-launch review.

  • Translate business priorities into structured projects, with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, success metrics, and decision points.

  • Establish strong project governance by facilitating working sessions, maintaining documentation, and providing consistent updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Partner with teams across Operations, R&D, Engineering, Legal and Sales to set cross-functional program goals and coordinate execution.

  • Lead initiatives that improve customer and employee experiences across areas such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, and ongoing support.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, project trackers, and performance reporting that provide visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.

  • Develop clear presentations, executive updates, decision documents, and project debriefs for operational and company leadership.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure results, document lessons learned, and ensure improvements are sustained.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • 5+ years of experience leading project or program management initiatives, preferably within SaaS, HR technology, payroll, global employment, or another operationally complex environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to establish accountability, provide constructive feedback, navigate conflict, and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Proficiency with GoogleSlides, GoogleSheets, Google Docs, and AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Claude)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations for stakeholders

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable operating across global teams, time zones, and rapidly shifting priorities.
