Responsibilities & key activities
- Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it,
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape,
- Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges and inform product decisions,
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demand,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and delivery,
- Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and expectations,
- Use data and analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement,
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product and develop mitigation strategies,
- Proactively address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or computer science,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management,
- Understanding of the fintech industry,
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English – minimum B2,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agile methodology environment,
- Experience with the card payment ecosystem or fraud detection in payments will be a meaningful advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- The ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Data-driven decision-making,

- A customer-centric mindset,
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), MS Office tools, AI agents.
