1. Oversee the operational maintenance of company business systems to enhance their stability and engineering efficiency, ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders to establish strong collaborative relationships.
2. Manage application deployment reviews, delivery, configuration changes, status monitoring, capacity management, and emergency response procedures.
3. Participate in the high-availability design and performance optimization of business service endpoints to ensure efficient and reliable iterations.
4. Conduct critical issue troubleshooting in production environments, handle urgent incidents, and perform subsequent incident analysis and optimizations.
5. Develop application failure drills, emergency response plans, and SOP manuals to ensure rapid recovery of services during outages.
6. Provide recommendations and management for high-availability applications, including rate limiting, circuit breaking, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies to maintain application quality.
7. Establish Service Level Agreement (SLA) evaluation criteria, assess the impact of failures on SLAs, and follow up on subsequent improvement measures.
8. Compile operational guidelines and procedures into tools and platforms to ensure maintenance security and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Over 5 years of experience in operations within internet companies
2. Proficient with Java application debugging and troubleshooting.
3. Familiarity with Nginx, Zookeeper, Kafka, RocketMQ/RabbitMQ, etc., middleware maintenance and usage.
4. Expertise with common monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
5. Knowledge of open-source caching solutions like Memcached and Redis.
6. Extensive experience in system fault diagnosis and resolution, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong troubleshooting mindset and experience to quickly resolve online incidents.
8. Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go; prior project development experience is a plus.
9. SRE experience is preferred.
10. Prefer candidates with expertise in high-concurrency, highly available, and microservices architecture maintenance.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, learning ability, and team spirit.
12. Good English proficiency for both oral and written communication.
13. Resilient under pressure, capable of making accurate judgments even during stressful situations.
14. Highly responsible with a meticulous approach to work.
