At Braintree, developers have the chance to work on various teams and stacks. Although most of our software is written in Ruby, we believe in using the best tool for the job. For example, we’ve written data platforms in Clojure, payment gateways in Java, and contextual commerce in Python. Your way to impact 

You will be working on High availability high volume, low latency back-end gateway applications that meet the needs of Braintree merchants to be successful.

Your day to day 

• Designing, writing, testing and releasing application to production

• Sharing in scrum master duties

• Collaborating with team members across the payment’s platform

• Working with product owners.

What do you need to bring

• 4+ years of experience

• Team collaboration

• Ruby on Rails language

• Knowledge of Agile or some development process

• Strong communication skills 

• Being adaptative to ever changing industry requirements
