Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and effective program manager to join our Merchant Attachment team and deliver best in class merchant experiences through thoughtful execution. As program manager of our new Merchant Attachment team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of partner sales and marketing campaigns driving merchant attachment at scale. The ideal candidate has strong project management, campaign management, and cross-functional planning skills. This new role will work closely with the partner marketing team, database marketing team, partner success teams, partner enablement team, inside sales teams, sales operations, and analytics. Planning and coordinating the efforts of these teams will result in integrated end-to-end campaigns, ensuring growth in merchant adoption of PayPal solutions on our partner’s platforms. A proven track record of coordinating sales and marketing motions to drive business impact and experience in marketing and sales enablement is preferred. This position will report to the Sr. Director of the Merchant Attachment team.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$82500 to $187990
