iOS Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multi disciplinary team. You will be a key player in delivering awesome iOS experiences for our point of sale (POS) users. You will work closely with your teammates including product and design delivering awesome experiences for our Point of Sale (POS) customers You will be responsible for delivering the iOS app experience You will work in the Product Library and Inventory team enabling users to set up and maintain their products easily

The Product Library and Inventory team is a key enabler of Zettle by PayPal’s POS offering. In this role you will get the opportunity to work with other skilled and motivated engineers (Java Backend, Web, iOS, Android and QA) to deliver a world-class experience for the users of our POS. 

Your day-to-day...

• You will focus on delivering high quality solutions 

• You will work as part of an agile team, planning, refining, delivering and inspecting sprint deliveries 

• You work closely with product and design to understand context and vision 

• You will work with your peers in the iOS chapter to make improvements and increase learning opportunities for all in a supportive environment 

What do you need to bring 

• You love being an iOS Engineer and bring that enthusiasm  

• You have a track record of delivering amazing features for iOS users  

• You have experience in iOS design and performing design/code reviews. 

• You are experienced with agile methodologies and commonly used tools like Jira and Github 

• You are comfortable with time estimation, you deliver on your promises and are happy mentoring and supporting others 

• You will bring a desire to innovate during lab days and hack weeks
