We are currently seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI/ML-powered features and tools that optimize employee experiences and drive business outcomes.

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and software engineering principles.. Your role also impacts product and platform convergence, influencing the total cost of ownership. A successful candidate will possess an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, strong technical abilities, excellent project execution skills, effective communication skills, and the motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Your day to day:

Adopting internal methodologies, policies, guidelines, and security standards across all areas

Participation of Agile ceremonies in support of building business/technology capabilities

Responsible for deployment related activities including coordination of changes as applicable.

Aligning duties with company, business, department, individual objectives, and goals

Interaction with cross functional teams and business as needed.

Provide production support as defined.

What do you need to bring:

• Strong programming skills: AI/ML engineers must have strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R. They should be able to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques: AI/ML engineers must have a deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, decision trees, and clustering.
• Experience with machine learning libraries: AI/ML engineers should have experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and techniques: AI/ML engineers should be familiar with deep learning architectures and techniques, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with big data processing frameworks: AI/ML engineers should have experience with big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, MS Workflow, integrating REST-based APIs
• Strong statistical and mathematical skills: AI/ML engineers should have strong statistical and mathematical skills, including linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, and statistical inference.
• Experience with data preparation and data engineering: AI/ML engineers should have experience with data preparation and data engineering tasks such as data cleaning, feature engineering, and data transformation.
• Strong problem-solving skills: AI/ML engineers should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills: AI/ML engineers should have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
