MS Dynamics Product Manager - Travel Operations
About this Opportunity
Travel Operations is looking for a Product Manager to own and shape Engage, our CRM and customer engagement product for the travel industry. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Engage is an established product with existing customers—but this role is an opportunity to rethink its direction and move beyond a traditional Product Owner remit towards true end-to-end product ownership.
You will define the product vision, clarify what belongs in the core product, and build a roadmap that can scale across small, medium and enterprise travel businesses. Engage connects closely with our ERP solutions, customer-facing portal and business-critical third-party providers. You will also help us explore how Microsoft Copilot, agentic capabilities and other evolving Microsoft technologies can create value for customers.
About the Role
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and release scope for Engage and our wider CRM and customer engagement proposition.
Define a clear, repeatable core product that serves a growing customer base without turning every request into bespoke functionality.
Advocate for exceptional user experiences and product quality, with particular attention to integrations with our ERP solutions and business-critical third-party providers.
Shape how Engage, the customer-facing portal and the wider Travel Operations platform evolve together, including opportunities created by Microsoft Copilot and emerging technologies.
Work with experienced developers and architects in an agile engineering environment to make sustainable product and technical decisions.
Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, customers and consultants to understand market needs, set direction and make clear prioritisation decisions within available resources.
Combine customer insight, internal expertise, product data and market analysis to inform priorities, trade-offs and product improvements.
Build a clear 6–12-month roadmap and communicate a compelling longer-term product story to customers and internal stakeholders.
During your first 90 days, focus on learning the product, customers, market and current roadmap before shaping the next phase.
Your Experience
Proven experience working as a Product Manager with ownership of a product, roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and the surrounding technology stack; this is the most important specialist requirement for the role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn technical possibilities, customer needs, market insight and commercial priorities into a coherent product direction.
Natural leadership and storytelling skills, with the ability to set direction, create clarity and communicate complex concepts persuasively to different audiences.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach, with the confidence to make evidence-based decisions and constructively say no when a request should not become part of the core product.
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills across engineering, sales, consulting, customer-facing teams and globally distributed colleagues.
Experience building a repeatable product and bridging product development, solution delivery and data analysis would be an advantage.
Experience in the travel industry or a similar domain—whether in product ownership, sales or another relevant role—would be useful, but is not required.
What's in it for you?
Genuine influence over the vision and direction of a product that is established but still has significant room to evolve.
A high degree of autonomy across product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and delivery.
The chance to leave a clear mark on a newer customer-facing portal and the wider platform proposition.
An entrepreneurial culture with a short path from idea to decision and implementation.
Experienced product peers and senior engineers to collaborate with and learn from.
A flexible hybrid working model focused on outcomes rather than a fixed number of office days.
Collaboration with colleagues and customers across Europe, India, Australia and other international markets.
Five weeks of holiday plus five additional days.
Limited travel, with opportunities to visit other offices or customers when it adds value.
Our Hiring Process
A 30-minute online screening call with our recruiter, Christian Payne.
Meet the hiring manager, Claus, for an in-depth conversation about the role, the product and your experience.
Meet representatives from Engineering and Professional Services across the final stages. Meetings may take place online or in person. You will also meet with HR and complete a DISC profile, with feedback.
