Team: Global General Support
Location: Mexico City, CDMX
Commitment: Full-Time

Individual contributor that will be elaborating creating dashboards to identify insights and patterns to improve customer experience across differente line of business.

Will follow continuous improvement methodologies across different verticals to minimize costs and improve CX.
Key responsibilities

Create live dashboards to understand data and track trends.

Robust understanding of SQL and Python.

Effectively communicate with other verticals’ stakeholders such as product, HR, CX to unblock bottlenecks.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.

Experience in customer experience.
-
Experience in SQL and Python.
-
Lean Six Sigma Certification.
-
English C1. (Recommended but not required).

Experience in data analyses and flow diagrams.
