Job Description

Production Management Senior Analyst- Raleigh / Durham / Cary / Research Triangle Park, NC

Maintain applications in the production environment. Identify and implement solutions to optimize operating efficiency of production systems and processes. Manage and execute scheduled events in the production environment such as disaster recovery testing, platform upgrades and Audit/compliance/regulatory requests.

Functional Responsibilities:

Supports production applications in a Sharepoint environment

Responsible for day-to-day production management activities including the investigation and resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and working assigned queues - works independently.

Assists in prioritization of problems, incidents and service requests, leveraging their business understanding.

Performs break-fix coding and/or scripting and maintains records to document break-fix code changes.

Communicates incidents, problems and escalations to internal and external partners.

Monitors work queues for appropriate action.

Gathers and analyzes metrics around performance and cost.

Documents internal processes and procedures.

Ensures all nightly production batch trails are completed on time based on Service Level Agreements commitments.

Interacts with vendor consultants in performing day-to-day production management activities.

Responsible for change management. release management and Audit/compliance/regulatory activities.

Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

May guide the work of more junior staff.

Qualifications

. 3-5 years of related experience.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
