The Role
Pathlock is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive inbound marketing program which spans SEO, SEM and Email Marketing, focused on customer acquisition.
Reporting to our VP of Growth Marketing, this is a highly visible role within the organization and will work closely with other marketing team members to increase Pathlock’s profile via digital channels.

About You
The ideal candidate is a digital native and has experience developing, coordinating and measuring SEO, SEM and email marketing programs that drive qualified leads and marketing contribution to pipeline, ideally in a B2B, Enterprise SaaS market.
You’re highly analytical, knowing when to ask “why”, and when to trust the data to put your foot on the gas on a winning idea. You wield personas and segmentation like a scalpel, developing targeted campaigns and tactics accordingly.
You enjoy working with your colleagues in product, content, and design marketing to bring your programs to life.
Responsibilities:
SEO Performance and Analytics:
Take ownership of digital pipeline creation goals and brand engagement KPIs, recommending adjustments to drive continued improvement and goal attainment.
Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns vs. goals and benchmarks.
Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for optimization.
Provide strategic ownership of SEO and paid search
Execute frequent website landing page tests on website and optimize for conversion.
Email Marketing:
Work with Campaign Managers and Marketing Operations to develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Craft persuasive email content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Segment email lists and tailor campaigns for specific customer segments.
Continuously A/B test emails for improved performance and engagement.
SEM Management:
Develop and execute a paid media strategy (initially via Google Ads, expanding into other outlets, including paid social) to enhance Pathlock’s online presence.
Continuously A/B test ad creative for improved performance and engagement
Work with our Account Based Marketing team to expand our funnel-based approach to net new accounts and existing customers to Linkedin.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on pipeline and revenue generation via digital channels
Proficiency with Google Analytics required
Proficiency with Google Adwords required
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Understanding of Account Based-Marketing principles. Experience with Demandbase is preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
Understanding of key demand generation metrics like MQL, SQL, etc.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Pay Range:
$100,000-120,000/year plus variable
Location:
Hybrid with the potential for remote. Dallas,Texas preferred but willing to look at other locations for the right candidate
