Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on AI-driven automation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and AI lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools and frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages used in AI-driven testing automation.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks enhanced with AI capabilities.
- Experience in using AI techniques to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.
- Proven leadership experience managing test teams and driving AI-driven transformation in software testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software testing challenges.
