Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Director or Program Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of small to medium-sized projects in accordance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and company procedures. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including development of scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies.

  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and deliverables are met.

  • Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions to address risks and challenges.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project delivery.

  • Lead project staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including negotiation of scope changes with clients and subcontractors.

  • Chair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of project activities and performance.

  • Review bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required.

  • Perform other project management duties necessary to ensure successful project completion

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design and project management.

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure design projects within budget and schedule constraints.

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Abu Dhabi experience is MUST-HAVE requirement for this role

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

  • Experience delivering major infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region.

  • Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes.

  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous.

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and international project teams.
