Do you have experience overseeing and applying data methodologies to aid in the development of analytic and operational use cases?  Imagine yourself working on a top-level, critical mission alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is now hiring an experienced Data Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving novel challenges to support our US INDOPACOM customer.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Comfortably communicate with senior staff; collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives
• Iteratively plan and lead efforts to analyze data and determine value to derive use cases for consumption by command staff
• Explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring users can independently derive insights and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark)
• Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Required Education/Experience:

• 8+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automation
• Prior military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activities
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to convey complex, technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong organizational and planning skills for tracking requests and project fulfillment

• Active DoD Top Secret-level security clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience leading a large team or Branch-level office
• Experience utilizing and applying data visualization tools and techniques

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
