What you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate Parallel Wireless team efforts on delivering technical projects involving 4G, 5G, OpenRAN, and other radio communication technologies.
• Support a variety of customers, including the UK Government.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and cross-functional teams to:
develop and document product requirements to meet end-user specifications
drive specific product requirements into the wider PW technology roadmap
review product gates, milestones and release plans and align with project delivery plans
coordinate technical documentation for all phases of solution delivery
Develop, implement and manage project plans for the delivery of complex technical solutions, track progress and implement reporting methods.
Collaborate with Customer teams to define and implement joint operating models and governance frameworks for project delivery.
Support business process development and implementation for managing product lifecycles, including development, delivery, order fulfilment and operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and reporting.

What you must have:

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder communication at a senior level.
• Technical background in RAN solutions engineering, implementation and operation.
• Experience of running complex technology implementation programs.
• Experience of managing new product introductions.
• Strong technical skills with an interest in communications engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to produce structured and high-quality reports at executive and operational levels.
