Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Manage project budgets effectively, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and sales teams across multiple geos.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify and assess project risks
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Strong attention to details and a results-oriented approach.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
