Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind Claude, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster.

The role

We're looking for a Brand Designer to shape our visual storytelling across every medium. You'll work closely with the CEO/Founder, marketing, and product to bring our ideas to life - visuals that engage customers and amplify our brand online, at events, and beyond.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, async environments and wants to solve real problems for finance teams with AI. You'll lead and execute projects across formats - presentations, print, product animation - building a cohesive brand presence throughout. You move quickly, iterate as you go, and are comfortable turning ambiguity into your own brief.

What you'll do

• Design landing pages, campaign sites, and web experiences people stop scrolling for

• Evolve our visual language - typography, layout, imagery, motion

• Partner with the Founding Designer to bring brand into the product, not just around it

• Work with the CEO and marketing to make sure paraglide.ai tells the right story at the right moment

• Build a visual system that stays consistent but leaves room for surprises

• Hold a high bar for craft, even under deadline pressure

• Define what "world-class" looks like for our marketing site

• Create video and motion content - LinkedIn, product demos, event recaps

• Design promo material: flyers, booths, banners, one-pagers, social, ads

• Build sales decks and keynote templates that punch above our size

• Use AI tools to move faster and get more done

Must have

• A portfolio of shipped websites showing strong visual craft and brand thinking

• Brand, marketing, and web portfolio (not primarily product/UI)

• A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and motion - you know what's on-brand

• Experience working closely with engineers to ship ideas without losing the idea

• You've shipped your own designs to production, AI-assisted or not

• Strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

Nice to have

• A point of view on where web design is headed

• After Effects, Premiere, Midjourney, Runway, or similar

• Familiar with Framer or Webflow

• Experience contributing to a shared design system across product and brand

• Strong illustration skills

Location & working pattern

This is an hybrid role - at least 3 days per week in our London office which is by Embankment station.
