We are looking for a Software Architect (Hands on) to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end development and ownership of our products and features, from design to scalable production behavior.
- Solve diverse and complex problems at high scale.
- Architect and design scalable and resilient backend systems.
- Review code, architecture, and data to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Mentor and guide team members and help acheiving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive technical innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to product roadmap development.
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the backend services.
- 8+ years of development experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role
- Experience in Java - A MUST
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- AWS Experience - A MUST
- Knowledge in Orchestration and distributed workflows
- Production experience in a SaaS environment, including metrics, logging, and troubleshooting production systems.
