R&D Project Manager

We are seeking a R&D Project Manager for our growing Engineering team.

As R&D Project Manager you will:

• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide Development teams to higher scrum maturity and continuous improvement
• Lead implementation of improvement processes and practices and help teams implement changes effectively
• Develop project plans, schedules and status reports including contingency plans
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of intricate projects within the time frame, budget and desired quality
• Identify and mitigate project risks, be responsible for the on-going status and progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

• 3+ years of experience with project management & planning
• Strategic thinking with ability to dive to technical aspects quickly
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the delivery projects
• Experienced in working with large number of stakeholders in cross units
• Excellent time management and organizational skills - experience in establishing guidelines for others
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, good presentation abilities and leadership skills
• Problem-solving approach, conflict-resolution ability and self-motivation
