Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before.  NetSec Platform combines the Internet connectivity/security you need - and delivers it everywhere you need it. Using cutting-edge public and private cloud technologies, it extends the next-generation security protection to all cloud services and to its customers regardless of whether they are on-premise, on remote networks or mobile users.

The cloud infrastructure and platform engineering (a.k.a CIPE) team helps realize that vision by supporting NetSec engineering teams(i.e. 2k+ engineers) to build software that is world-class in terms of its reliability.

As a central engineering team, the CIPE engineers work closely with the rest of engineering to build platform solutions that'd help improving efficiency across software development lifecycle. We actively seek out and gather state-of-the-art, best practices from the industry at large. Through education and advocacy, we seek to ensure that reliability is a core value of our engineering culture. We level up other engineers by sharing deep knowledge, performing proactive analysis, and improving processes, tools, and automation.

Ultimately, SRE succeeds when all engineering teams are able to build reliable software on their own. Our SRE team highly values individuals with intellectual curiosity and openness. We collaborate across the organization, helping our engineers think big and take risks while building a culture of diversity, positive energy, and blameless truth-seeking. Your Impact

• Design and build frontend applications to provide visibility, insights and onboarding of internal services via UI.
• Develop modular reusable frontend components using Typescript in multiple modern UI framework/libraries
• Create standards, guidance and best practices for UI development
• Partner with other development and business teams to communicate technical specifications
• Manage the planning, builds, and deployment of code to different environments using modern tools such as git and CI/CD (Gitlab CI,Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Micro frontend services development and architecture design

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent military experience
• 3+ years frontend development experience with web frameworks, such as Angular, React.js or equivalent technologies.
• Must have solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have great problem solving skills
• Experience in full stack programming capability
• Experience in building reusable component libraries
• Experience developing container based applications using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern backend technologies

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $104,000/yr to $169,500/yr.. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
