Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical anchor for our Identity Directory Service and User Management engineering team. You will drive the architectural design, technical roadmap, and implementation of high-throughput, mission-critical SaaS services using AWS architecture, AWS CDK, and .NET. In addition to technical execution, you will mentor engineers, guide design decisions across teams, and ensure our systems satisfy demanding scalability, security, and performance standards (NFRs).

Your Impact

  • Architectural Leadership: Drive end-to-end design and system architecture for enterprise-grade Identity & User Management cloud services.

  • Technical Strategy: Partner with Product Managers and Security Architects to translate complex identity and cybersecurity requirements into scalable software architecture.

  • Engineering Standards: Elevate technical excellence across the team by setting standards for code quality, resilience, telemetry, and automated testing.

  • Mentorship & Growth: Technical coaching and mentoring for mid-level and senior engineers to foster team growth and best practices.

  • Innovation & Problem Solving: Solve complex system bottlenecks, evaluate emerging tech stacks, and optimize AWS infrastructure costs and performance.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Education/Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience / IDF elite technology unit alumni.

  • Experience: 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise cloud SaaS applications. Core Competencies:

  • Deep expertise in .NET / C# (or Java/Go/Python) within distributed cloud environments.

  • Strong background in microservice and event-driven architecture (event buses, pub/sub, asynchronous workflows).

  • Demonstrated experience owning critical subsystem architectures from design through production scale.

  • Excellent cross-team communication, technical writing, and mentoring skills.

  • Build end-to-end features using models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with AWS ecosystems and Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK, Terraform).

  • Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts (directory services, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, OAuth2/OIDC, SAML).

  • Hands-on experience with high-scale container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and robust CI/CD systems.

Our Commitment

We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together.
