  • Manage and support remote event platforms such as Zoom Meeting, Webinar, and Events, including integration with hardware-based A/V systems.

  • Collaborate proactively with event coordinators, producers, and executive assistants to understand technical requirements and ensure all equipment meets event specifications.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with conference room components, including AV controllers, matrix switchers, DSP mixers, and Crestron/QSys control systems.

  • Perform post-production editing and enhancement of event recordings using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver polished, high-quality video assets.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing technical concerns with professionalism and tact.

  • Maintain a focus on the details by monitoring A/V systems throughout events and making real-time adjustments to uphold quality standards.

  • Demonstrated experience with collaboration services, including Zoom, Webex, and GoToMeeting.

  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, such as Ethernet switches, fiber optics, and protocols (e.g., TCP, UDP, HTTP, RTP).

  • Proven ability to support and establish professional relationships with C-level executives and other senior leaders.
