As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be a key player in developing and scaling our enterprise-level applications. You will leverage your extensive experience in hands-on software development within a cloud/SaaS environment to build robust and efficient systems. This role requires a proactive approach to integrating cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and drive innovation across the entire software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications in a cloud/SaaS environment, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to significantly accelerate the delivery of technical specifications and code development.
- Employ context-aware AI IDEs for complex refactoring, AI-assisted bug remediation, and generating comprehensive unit tests.
- Implement AI agents to perform automated code quality checks on team pull requests for architectural alignment and optimization.
- Build modern, responsive web applications using frameworks like React or Angular.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including source code management, CI/CD processes, and defect management.
- Design and implement solutions involving OIDC/OAuth and other SSO concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- BE in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise-scale application development, with recent experience in a cloud/SaaS environment.
- Expert in C# with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficient in building modern web applications with React or Angular.
- Expertise and hands-on experience with OIDC/OAuth and other SSO related concepts.
- Experience with a major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficient understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the software development release lifecycle, source code management, and defect management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with React (preferred) or Angular, along with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages and adapt to emerging AI capabilities and tools.
- Experience with modern CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
