Job Summary

Your Career

We are looking for a motivated DevOps Manager to join our global group in the Tel Aviv R&D center. The group is responsible for the reliability and availability of the production environment hosting Cortex products and enabling the entire Cortex R&D group. In this role you will be a part of a Devops group that is responsible for planning, executing and reporting of the various infrastructure and code projects, as well as managing and executing high pressure production maintenance work and issues.

Your Impact

• Take broad end-to-end ownership across multiple DevOps domains, including environment orchestration, and general infrastructure responsibilities.
   

• Lead and mentor a group of DevOps engineers, supporting a wide range of engineering teams across the organization.
   

• Drive engineering productivity initiatives and help shape best practices for development velocity and operational excellence.
   

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks used across development and production environments.
   

• Oversee and evolve various engineering platforms and DevOps tooling as needed, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs.
   

• Support the security posture of the environments by collaborating on the integration of relevant security capabilities and tooling.
   

• Partner with development groups to refine DevOps architectures, improve reliability and efficiency, and enable smoother delivery pipelines.
   

• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and approaches, and help guide their adoption where relevant.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• 6+ years of proven leadership driving high-performing DevOps organizations operating at significant scale, with a strong track record of shaping technical direction and organizational excellence.
   

• 10+ years of deep hands-on experience across modern DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and large-scale distributed systems.
   

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent cloud ecosystems)
   

• Demonstrated ability to build strong, strategic partnerships with senior engineering, product, and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and platform capabilities.
   

• Advanced expertise with container platforms and virtualized infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker), including scaling, reliability engineering, and multi-cluster operations.
   

• Exceptional ability to rapidly absorb new technologies, evaluate them in a complex environment, and drive organizational adoption where impactful.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling clear articulation of priorities, tradeoffs and risks.
