Job Summary

The person applying should be aware that, with customers transitioning to cloud environments, the role may shift over time from a self-hosted / on-premises-focused role to a PAM SaaS-oriented one. • Contribute technical expertise to escalation scenarios where relevant.

  • Be the customer technical representative when working with other CyberArk technical teams such as R&D, Support, etc

Technical Leadership & Strategic Advisory

  • Provide expert guidance on CyberArk PAM (self-hosted / on-premise) solutions

  • Anticipate technical challenges and risks

  • Monitor product usage and adoption trends

Solution Delivery & Technical Enablement

  • Support planning, implementation, configuration, and expansion of CyberArk PAM solutions and adjacent solutions

  • Assist customers with configurations, troubleshooting and integrations

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Align with the account team on strategy for your customers and share information

  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Support, and Professional Services team

  • Represent the customer's voice internally

  • Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects

Preferred Certifications

  • CyberArk (PAM) certifications like Sentry, Defender or CDE are beneficial

  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and committed to excellence

  • Analytical and adaptable
