Our team is at the vanguard of this endeavor, and we're in search of a Principal DevOps Engineer who's not just experienced but passionate about driving our security and automation initiatives forward. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing top-notch security practices in infrastructure, network security, and compliance. Your collaboration with the DevSecOps, IT, and security teams will be key to bolstering Xpanse's security framework.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Solid experience in DevOps or related fields, with a focus on infrastructure automation and cloud operations
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies
• Strong background in cloud services management, with experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Capable of setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Skilled in various scripting languages for automating tasks
• Expertise with monitoring and logging tools
• Experienced in incident response and maintaining high-availability systems
• Good understanding of security best practices in a DevOps context
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $144,200 - $233,200. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
