Job Summary

The IDIRA Identity Security Platform is responsible for helping modern enterprises protect their most critical assets across hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud environments. As attackers increasingly target identities—both human and non-human—understanding an organization's true identity footprint, real-time posture, and active threats is the foundational baseline for all of IDIRA.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead a team of product managers building the foundational intelligence and threat engine for the entire IDIRA platform. This is a core platform leadership role whose scope spans Discovery, Context & Risk, and Threat Detection & Prevention (ITDR). Your team’s capabilities will serve as the shared "brain" driving success across all IDIRA solution pillars—including PAM, IAM, Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Non-Human Identities (NHI), and Agent Infrastructure.

In this role, you will define, design, and ship industry-defining platform capabilities that discover unmanaged assets and shadow identities, compute real-time risk, and detect and prevent active privilege threats across every layer of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise-Wide Platform Leadership: Lead and grow a high-performing group of Product Managers building shared capabilities that directly power and elevate all IDIRA product lines (PAM, IAM, EPM, NHI, and Agents).
  • Product Execution & Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from gathering CISO and security practitioner feedback to defining requirements, prioritizing trade-offs, and partnering closely with Engineering to ship a unified roadmap.
  • Platform Vision & Strategic Horizons: Expand IDIRA’s Discovery, Risk, and Threat Intelligence capabilities by introducing innovative, disruptive approaches (e.g., Identity Graphs, AI-driven behavioral modeling, and automated response workflows) that turn disparate telemetry into real-time security context.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across a global organization—working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Threat Research, Sales, Customer Success, and counterpart PM leads across PAM, IAM, EPM, and NHI to ensure seamless platform integration.
  • Domain Expertise: Deeply understand Identity, Endpoint, SecOps, and ITDR practitioners, translating complex identity exposure, agent telemetry, and threat signals into intuitive, actionable workflows.
  • UX/UI & Visualization: Work closely with UX/UI design leaders to create state-of-the-art, highly intuitive user interfaces and visualizations (such as cross-domain attack path analytics and unified risk scoring dashboards).
  • Go-To-Market & Executive Advocacy: Act as a key platform spokesperson, presenting IDIRA's platform risk, discovery, and threat vision to enterprise customers, strategic partners, and industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester).

Qualifications

10+ years of total experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity Product Management, with 3+ years directly leading and developing high-performance PM teams.

  • Multi-Domain Background: Strong expertise across one or more identity and security domains, such as Identity Security (IAM/PAM), Endpoint Security (EPM/Agents), Non-Human/Machine Identity (NHI), ITDR, CSPM/CIEM, or SOC/SecOps workflows.
  • Platform & Shared-Services Mindset: Proven track record of building shared platform capabilities, data services, or detection engines that serve multiple downstream applications or product suites.
  • Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, technical degree, MBA, or equivalent experience required.
  • Go-To-Market Acumen: Strong business analysis, GTM strategy, and executive positioning skills in enterprise B2B SaaS and hybrid environment settings.
  • Leadership & Execution: Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives, cross-team dependencies, and technical deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication & Drive: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative team-player approach and a relentless passion for solving complex, cross-domain security problems.
