Data Analyst
Location: Uganda
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You’ll work across teams, build dashboards, and apply advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Perform statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and forecasting.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify data needs.
- Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis (fintech or banking preferred).
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modelling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
