python,sqlWe are a product company developing a multi-national debt collection platform using Ruby on Rails, VueJS, running on AWS. Our Data and Behavioral Science teams utilize purpose-built Python tools to analyze and enrich our data. Our company has experienced significant growth and we need to improve our infrastructure, processes and policies to form a reliable foundation for further growth.

As a Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for the dataflow of our platform which is helping us to communicate with our customers. Our Workflow Engineers map the entire journey of a debtor from the beginning to the end via workflows, built in-house, to control and automate what happens in different types of scenarios.

To further improve our smart customer communication strategy and optimize its workflows, we are looking for a willing to learn, curious, and solution oriented Workflow Engineer to join our Behavioral Science team.   • Design, optimization and maintenance of existing workflow structure in our innovative AI-powered app
  • Create workflow extensions and new workflows to make customer communication more efficient
  • Further develop the current product together with the Behavioural Science team which is part of the AI team
  • Analyze workflow performance through tools like Grafana
  • Use Python to debug and analyze data flowing through our workflows
  • Communicate with other team to clarify technical and other work-related details
  • Successfully completed studies in the area of Math, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or similar
  • Good understanding of Python (Pandas and Numpy) and SQL
  • Some experience in working on data flow management, data analysis, data-driven projects, or in a similar field
  • Analytical and solution oriented mindset and strong logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and a precise, structured way of working
  • Technical affinity, as well as a quick grasp of new things
  • Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
You have to be based in Berlin, Germany or must be willing to relocate on your own with a work allowance for Germany already at hand.
