Job Description
Are you a proactive and experienced HR professional ready to make a significant impact? PA Consulting is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Regional Lead to drive HR initiatives across the region, align with our strategic goals, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR functions regionally, ensuring alignment with PA Consulting's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Manage performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies and practices.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in HR roles, with a strong background in managing regional HR functions, ideally within professional services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.
- Hands-on HR experience, with the ability to engage directly in HR activities without a large support team.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Background in professional services or consulting is preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At PA Consulting, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000 - $175,000
