Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and unstructured data ingestion. This role requires solid core programming skills, low-level design knowledge, and a strong understanding of application architecture.
Required Skills: -
- Strong proficiency in Python programming (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts and implementation
- Deep understanding of:
- System Prompt and User Prompt design
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Unstructured data ingestion and processing
- Strong core programming skills with knowledge of Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Experience in full application lifecycle development
- Proficiency in React JS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
- Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot (Mandatory)
Mandatory Skills: -
- Python knowledge
- Understanding of Gen AI (understanding of System Prompt, User Prompt, RAG, unstructured data ingestions)
- Hands-on programming and Core concepts (Core programming skills, 100% hands-on, knowledge of Low-level designs and broader understanding of application)
- Mandated to leverage Cursor AI or GitHub Co-Pilot
- Gen AI knowledge, Python, React JS, Ci/CD, Docker, Database knowledge
- Everyone including the lead should be hands-on.
Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional development teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
