We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer with strong expertise in architecting, designing, and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical proficiency along with a solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Manufacturing processes. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Technology stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, compliant, and well-governed NetSuite solutions. The position emphasizes architectural discipline, integration design, internal controls, and long-term platform scalability.

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable NetSuite solutions using Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder.

• Translate complex Finance, Accounting, and Manufacturing requirements into robust and maintainable system configurations.

• Design and implement ERP–MES integrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and high integrity data flows.

• Support advanced manufacturing operations including BOMs, routings, WIP, inventory management, demand planning, and cost accounting.

• Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PO lifecycle governance, workflow approvals, and transaction controls.

• Automate and streamline vendor onboarding processes with validation rules, compliance checks, and approval workflows.

• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and structured deployment governance across environments.

• Ensure internal controls, segregation of duties, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory or defense-related standards.

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and long-term platform stability while minimizing unnecessary customization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution design decisions, trade offs, and best practices adoption.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development within enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Suite Script 2.x, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder.

• Solid understanding of core ERP processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to Cash, Record-to-Report, and Inventory Management.

• Experience working with multi-subsidiary or multi-entity NetSuite deployments.

• Proven experience in ERP–MES integrations, data mapping, and transactional data integrity.

• Strong understanding of NetSuite reporting, Saved Searches, and data extraction strategies.

• Experience implementing version control, CI/CD, and structured release management practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and architectural design skills.

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• NetSuite certifications (Suite Foundation, Administrator, or Developer).

• Experience in advanced manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with regulated industries or defense-related environments.

• Knowledge of integration middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, etc.).

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and audit frameworks in ERP systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
